Will not allow you to retrieve a saved mycareer game. You can only create new. They trick you into leaving your game stating to return to the main menu message for update then that's it for your game. You can't go back. Extremely frustrating. Will be returning.

Honestly… the game is trash. The shooting and animation are both not real. I would play 2k13 before I waste my time on this game. I regret buying this game.

Purchased the game twice as the first copy was defective. Initiated the return on the app but when I got to the store they told me I can’t return a defective game because I opened it. Let that sync in. A manage ultimately allowed the return and reorder of the same game.

I’m beyond frustrated with this experience. I placed my order expecting it to arrive as scheduled, but it didn’t. I contacted customer support multiple times, only to receive vague responses with no real resolution. I won’t be ordering from here again and strongly advise others to think twice before doing so. A very disappointing experience.

Been on a down hill since 2k20 gameplay is sluggish and slidey. 2k needs competition si that can focus on making a good game and not just seek battle passes

Same bad game new year. I refused to get tricked again by 2k. Still has the pay for play and all games have to be played online.

Great game. Did an online order in the morning for in store pickup and had it in less then hour.

Pre-ordered for store pickup and wasn’t ready by 2. Was told that theres a trcuk coming later and I would get before they close. Didnt happen!!! Now saying available in a couple of days but can have it delivered if i buy again by Friday!!!! Make it make sense.
