A lot of fun...but those extras

That is unless you shell out more money. This wouldn't bother me too much if there wasn't so much grinding. It was sort of my same issue with MK11 at launch...except that was patched. This hasn't been. Still a lot of fun, and definitely invokes the same feelings of old school NBA Jam.
