Nice to see caricatures of your favorite players, but this gameplay doesn't live up to NBA Jam.

Not as good as the first game. Too many micro transactions.

Got it for my grandson and he likes it. Different than other B-ball games

It’s a pretty fun game. My kids like to play it all the time.

Desperately fails at trying to be an NBA Jam, Street, or Showtime clone. Not very fun. Gameplay is slow and you don't start with full rosters. Players are very lacking in skill unless you play over and over again and the game is just not that fun.

I really only got this because I was able to get it for 14.99 because it is a good game but it’s riddled with micro transactions and if you want to unlock everything all you have to do is give them another 20 dollars of your hard earned money

Start out with less than 10 players and have to pay or grind for days to get more please dont support this game.

Not a good game not fun to play my 9yr old will not play it more than one time last Christmas.

The game requires an extreme amount of grinding to unlock more players. It is clearly catered to those who are willing to spend hundreds of dollars to unlock players sooner. even if you spend the money you still take a chance on not getting anything because you are purchasing packs of cards that give you random players. Looks like I'm going back to NBA jam.

I should have saved my money. My kids only played this two times. Is there some type of club or game exchage at Best Buy. If not, there should be. I'm sure the game is nice, but for someone elses kids I guess. No fault of game/Nintendo/Bestbuy

Wouldn’t recommend. Spend the extra money for better game.

Overheats the switch...this is the only game that does that...no issues with other games ever.

the upgrades from the first game: 1. jordan and kobe are the biggest additions 2. you can get special clothes and costumes 3. there is a season mode that feels like an actual nba season. the old game just had random exhibition matches in different countries. 4. playing and leveling up actually mean something, in the first game when you leveled up you only got special animations. however in this game leveling up increases your stats. thats great. addicting trying to get your fav players to top stats. 5. 3 point contest is added. 6. online is integrated very nicely. much better options than last game. tons of ways to play online. 7. more cool music instead of the 1 song on the other game. 8. the UI in general is just tons better. much more polish. the old game seemed low budget in this regard. ok... now the bad things: 1. missing key players. james worthy/reggie miller/allen iverson/charles barkley/vlade divac/karl malone/tim duncan/ben wallace/steve kerr/wilt chamberlan 2. also a little nitpick but i wish some of the players where available on different teams. kevin garnett is only in the minnisota roster but i want him on the celtics. there are various other players that i also want on other teams. the first game had more than this game. overall a huge upgrade to the last game. tons of fun.
