Easy setup. Works as advertised and has been helpful.

It's a little hard to navigate when you first get the system. Just be patient, it takes a while to learn. The only thing I can say, is I wish they had more information when you purchase the system.

This is a great concept and a fast scanner but Neat has its issues with Mac computers. Either you can have a printer plugged in or the Neat Scanner plugged in, but not both simultaneously, or the app will crash. Neat acknowledges this on their website.

owning my own business and trying to keep track of all the reciepts, is insane. Now it's so much easier. I just pay my grandson to run all of them through for me and the NEAT does the rest.... I couldn't live without this again, life is GOOD

I love this scanner. I started with the smaller Neat Receipts scanner and literally scanned thousands of documents over the years. I decided to upgrade to this model. I love the feeder feature.

I bought 1 about 8 years ago and it finally went out, so I went and purchased another 1, I love the product and I have no more file cabinets and no more paper to deal with. It stores all my info that I need for taxes and warranties. when this 1 goes out in about 8 years I will buy another 1. I also have all the business cards I receive in it in folders no more digging looking for a card.

Works very well and is easy to use. Scans very quickly. Neat software allows cloud storage.

Love the idea and practicality of it. The only issue is reminding myself that I have this item to use.

Can't write enough about this great NEAT SCANNER! It's literally the BEST thing that's EVER happened to a desk and paperwork!

It's a great scanner the program freezes sometimes but overall it's made my life easier. Helps catalogue everything.

The setup requires reading directions. I wasn't able to access the free year of support since I bought at a store instead of online. I'm hoping after I use it more, it won't be so cumbersome.

Have not gotten to check it out just yet... I received this as a present and to my disappointment it was missing both cables. no a/c adapter nor usb cord so I will have to exchange it

Purchased as a gift to help someone get organized. Hasn't been set up yet but appeared to have the most user friendly features

Easy to use and learn. Really helps office work !!

Have not been able to use it at this time as I am trying to create the correct folders to attach all documents and want to do it correct the first time.

I bought one thinking that it would be better then the portable one but the software for both is not worth buying it stops working a lot and neat has nothing to fix it

this works just as advertised and is very easy to install and use. the help emails and tutorials are awesome

This item takes a long time to scan items in and I have yet to have a receipt scan in properly. Also the scanner will only work well with a program you have to purchase after a year. Money trap.
