Pretty simple to use, gets the job done.
I recently bought this scanner for receipts and bills paid for the office of my tire store. It is pretty simple to use and it does scan the documents and pull info from them. I will say use caution with buying this if you are scanning things that are hand written because the scanner almost never accurately pulls that information. However typed numbers and words are picked up fine. It is a bit time consuming to do in front of customers but overall it keeps good records. I would recommend for anyone in an office trying to keep organized records.

Included with Purchase
Well I'm not sure if I love this product... I do like that I can scan all my receipts quickly and add them to my files. I just don't understand why my package included the premium neat for a year, but they Neat cancelled it within a month???? Very strange... I even try to contact them.. Had no luck...I think that the program for a year is very over price... The scanner itself is expensive.. I think before referring this item to a friend I would let the know everything... including the faulty statement on the box...

Not perfect, but helpful for personal/business
The scanner has issues with OS X El Capitan. Rather annoying...but the scanner works after reset and restarting the database. Hopefully the software issue will be fixed soon. The organizational database is easy to use and I like the expense report feature for my receipts for my company. It also helps with taxes.
