This is a great scanner. It really helps reduce paper and is easy to setup. I would recommend.

Overall works fine, could be a little more intuitive when recognizing receipts/invoices.

The product is great but I had to reinstall the software after an update. I was rather difficult to contact customer support for assistance.

I use for receipts and business cards, but the main use I have is scanning thousands of pages of old documents. The Neat scanner is superb. Honestly, I haven't found anything negative. Very quick, very accurate, very easy to set up and use.

Scanner reads data, extracts information, and adds to a specific category. Oftentimes it erroneously places into wrong category, but does learn your preferences.

it has scanned over 1000 sheets without an issue, in just a few months.

NeatDesk Premium Sheetfed Scanner - Good quality scans. Extracts text as advertised. Sometimes a problem with extracting the correct cost - but this seems to be due to how the info is presented on some receipts. Easy to import/export to files on computer (outside the Neat system).

good to start with and set up files . Need more in depth directions .

Thought my scanner in my printer was good but the neat desktop is better. Really outstanding with what it does. Both sides and color scanning makes the ease of use OUTSTANDING! A great piece of hardware!

Great Product! My only concern is related to the manufacturer's updates on their drives. I've updated my OS to EL CAPITAN and it has not worked properly with the NEAT SCANNER.

This is a replacement of a the same scanner we already owned. Work well.

First it was confusing how to download the software and I ended up signing up for a cloud based monthly fee software I don't think I need. Also I am running Windows 10 and frequently I have to cycle the power on the scanner to get it recognized. When workign the scanner works well.

It won't scan as much at a time is it says. But it does scare them pretty quickly. The software, does not pick up and organize all the information correctly every time. But it is easily fixed.

Great for organization, fast scanner. I scan my receipts, medical documents and it puts them in one place to be able to even access it by the app

This Neat scanner is awesome only took a few minutes to set up and it's very user friendly . It is quick and easy to stay up with my receipts now.

This is perfect for anyone, but especially for a home office or small business. It's easy to set up, easy to customize. My 13 year old has been helping to scan receipts.. its that easy!
