Returned it for two reasons - download would not download because security program said it had viruses in it and two because no where did it inform me that I would have had to pay a monthly fee to use it.

Good scanner for my receipts and work load. Certainly needed.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do and is easy To use.

We had been looking for something that would serve for multiple use for everyone in the household. My husband is a truck driver and is really bad about taking things in order. It makes it easier to sort through his much needed receipts, documents and so forth. However, the software setup was a bit nerve wrecking.

I use the NeatDesk during tax time. Awesome product!

Had a Neat scanner ten years ago and loved it. When the software updates stopped, I needed another one that would work with new Windows operating system. I found the best priced unit at Best Buy!

I wore our my first Neat Desk and needed to replace it. Best Buy had the best prices. I love the Neat Desk. It keeps all my receipts organized and I no longer have file cabinets of receipts.

I like the software but wish the tutorial emails would arrive daily so that I can learn to use it properly before i set it all up incorrectly. The scanning seems to work well and quickly.

Such a great and easy scanner to scan in everything you need for self employment, taxes, & business cards... All for quick and easy access.

I am really going to enjoy using this tool as soon as I figure out how. Had one several years ago, but this seems much more complex. Of course, it can do a lot more than the old one, but I am just not that tech savvy yet.

We absolutely love this item! It makes organizing documents and other things so much easy. This is great for any small business for receipts and tax documents. We live it!

The scanner works great at first, but then starts to crash the system and data is lost. Neat makes visually pleasing items, however, their application software does not work reliably on PC or Mac OS. If they can improve the app SW, these scanners would be the perfect paper clutter solution.

This is a wonderful device to help with keeping all expenses in check. Businesses would definitely benefit from this.

nothing like what the company advertise. very slow and you still it to put in files. Price cut less than a week later tried to return and couldn't.

This device was so difficult to setup and download software, install and start working that I put it back in the box and gave it to Goodwill. Then I bought a Toshiba.
