My electronic helper ...it does the work. I have one on the first floor and one on the second floor I called them cat and dog.

I bought this to replace my old D3. So far I’m really happy with this product. No issues with it so far.

Purchased this to help manage the amount of long cat hair in our home. The machine works great. I do need to clean the brush every time but that is to be expected with long cat hair from 2 cats in spring. My only 2 issues is that the app seems to repeatedly mess up the clean times I have set (either forgetting them or changing them) and it gets stuck under our dining chairs occasionally. Overall great machine, it would just be nice to have the scheduling be more stable and the ability to see the vacuums progress would be nice.

Having this robotic vaccum is pretty neato. I never imagined owning one but now i do. It does a pretty gopd job. First it takes care of the perimeter of the space then it goes back and forth like a lawn mower. Doesnt miss a spot.

I've had the D7 for 4 months now and absolutely love it! It does a great job getting up dirt and hair from our pets on both hard wood and carpet. The ability to customize floor plans with "no-go lines" via the app is a great feature to keep the robot from going into areas that you'd rather it didn't. If you have a multi story House, I recommend purchasing an additional charging base. They're fairly inexpensive and will allow you to save custom floorplans for each story. Overall, great product that is easy to maintain and keep running in top shape!

This is my 2nd Neato and I'm not disappointed. It does an excellent job in vacuuming up the hair from my cat and definitely navigate around my home.

Does a great job on our pile carpet, with three dogs ,cleans up pet hair jut fine. Also pulled out ground in dirt other vac did not.

I was about to return this item, it was driving me crazy that I didn't know how to operate it. Hubby came to the rescue, read the manual -all of it- followed instructions; and now this Neato is my best friend. Punctually vacuums the house and I have black slate floors, and a white terrier that sheds a lot. Floors are ALWAYS clean. I love this. And I think the front square corners are so much better tackling inner corners; something that the round versions of these robots can't do.

The Botvac D7 has pretty powerful suction. I’m constantly surprised by the amount of dust it pulls from the carpets.

I have hardwood floors with rugs. This vacuum cleans everywhere. it doesnt get hung up like the Samsung i had. Really worth the price.

We have 4 animals so it is nice to just let the vacuum do it’s thing. I wish the unit was completely flat as it gets stuck going under my dresser. I also wish it held more crap in the bin. The extra brush is useless.

Very good vacuume and it’s logic is able to completely vac every spot in house.

D7 is great. Easy to use ap and covers area fully. Online that it gets in corners

This vacuum has the floors clean everyday before I get home from work! Can’t beat that, what a good feeling!

Excellent robot. Suction is superb. I would certainly purchase again. If you can find it on sale take a chance on it.

This vacuum makes cleaning our floors so much easier. We run it daily. Mostly tile with some carpet. Amazing what It picks up.

It works well and keeps my neat freak wife from jeopardizing her health trying to vacuum daily against drs orders.

Super. Does the job. Easier than me sweeping. Can do the work while I am in bed.

Setup is best done with a smart phone. Once this was done it took a couple of laps around our main floor to setup an accurate coverage map. it seemed to get hung-up on a single kitchen chair the first few times. after that it was smooth sailing. It takes about 2 hours to do our main floor but is very thorough. It alerts you on your smart phone when it is stuck and when it has completed cleaning. It also shows you a map of the area it cleaned.

Strong suction and cleaning power, but often gets stuck. Doesn’t seem to learn from previous failures. Corners are usually not cleaned well either.
