We have been very pleased with this product so far. Have previously owned other brands which did not last very long. They were constantly get stuck on things. One of the most popular brands never worked from day 1. We returned within 30 days. My understanding is that the laser on this one points out whereas others point up? I’m any case we have a golden retriever so we have LOTS of hair. So far no problems. Highly recommend.

We bought the Neato a few months ago and it wasn’t until I injured my back in a car accident that I realized how great this purchase was for our home. Even with a large home, Mr. Benson (as we named it), is able to clean with a touch of a button in the app. When I just need a kitchen clear of the kids crumbs, the zone cleaning feature has been our most frequently used cleaning preference. I would buy this product again or gift to anyone.

Very easy to set up and use. It picks up long cat hair easily. No difficulties moving from floor to carpet.

I have two dogs so it needs to be thorough. It is ! It mapped my house and gets everything.

Just got a D7 to replace my old D85 that was wearing out and getting lost too often. The D7 is "smarter" and get the job done quicker and more effectively. The ability to set up a limited area for cleaning is a real plus.

This is our second Neato vacuum. We have 3 big dogs so it runs everyday. Other than needing to be emptied during the cleaning cycle, it really helps keeping the hair down...

Great robot vaccum, responsive to voice commands and does a phenomenal job vacuuming on carpet and solid floor!

I am, honestly, amazed at how well this robot works. It is able to get itself out of tight spots. It does a very good job of cleaning on carpet, tile, and hardwood on 3 levels in our home. It cleans almost 1500 sq. ft. on our main level with no battery charge. It picks up a great deal of dirt. We will still need a small spot vacuum to clean tightly around the baseboards and stairs, but all in all it is a great addition to our home.

At first I was very skeptical that this small robotic vacuum could clean my entire home and be efficient at it, I'm very pleasantly surprised that I was wrong and love having this in my home.

I love my Neato. The D-Shape is the reason why I chose this model, to get closer to corners. Also, the no-go lines and the laser guided method so that it can easily run day or night.

I did months of research and ended up purchasing the Neato 7. The little machine does a great job on my house which is mostly carpet. I have two small children a German Shepherd and a cat. I love the GPS so it can map out where it has to go. It will return to base if it gets too full and send me a text message to let me know what I need to do so it can get going again. This vacuum has made my life easier, it’s pricey but worth every cent!

It’s great...I have 5 dogs and I run it everyday. It keeps my floors clean!

It was constantly disconnected with the wifi so it hasn't been clean by schedule. It is not for pet hair house but works well on tile floor. It's stressful when you have to clean the dust bin couple of time while it's cleaning. I had to return it because it doesn't do good on my carpet and didn't even map the house as it's advertised. I tried iRobot I3+ and Shark IQ after this but those suck also. So far this robot is the best to compare with those ones! Would recommend if you don't have pet in the house.

This vacuum works well locking up dirt and pet hair. Its battery lasts much longer than it’s predecessors.

Love this vacuum. Just need to set up your area and save to your app.

This thing is pretty amazing. Every day it does the entire first floor and then goes back to its station to recharge. It doesn’t like to go underneath our dining room table because all the chair legs block it, but other than that it goes everywhere. We have a husky and no longer have tumbleweeds floating across the floor out of nowhere. Love this thing!

It's amazing how much dirt this little vacuum picks up even after we have vacuumed the floor ourselves.
