We have three dogs that make a mess with hair and grass everyday. We have our robot vaccine twice a day on a schedule and our floors stay clean all the time. Almost never gets stuck. Dustbin is large enough to clean our entire downstairs without getting full. Cleans every room very well. Only thing we can’t get to work is having it store a floor plan. But we would not use that anyway.

I think I've tried them all and neato is the best. Three dogs and a cat need I say more.

The first Neato I purchased was excellent, so going back to one was easy. Unfortunately this version picked up dirt great, but seemed to have a hard time staying on a cleaning path. It would complete its cleaning and still leave half the room incomplete. The machine finally shorted out and had to return it to the store. My recommendation is always get Geek Squad Protection.

I love the robotic vacuum. Sometime I note that the vacuum/mopper would not pick up the dirt or tiny pieces but it helps cleaning up the floor and rugs.

Straight lines are awesome! Much better than going all oveer the place!

I bought this just over a year ago. This robovac is really nice. It moves really great around the home and the app shows everywhere it has cleaned. I bought this after our cheaper economy vac accidentally ran over some poop. I paid 150 for the cheaper vac that just hit everything and ran around randomly. But it did it’s job and lasted easily over a year with no maintenance. On the other had this vac has been finicky app wise and connection wise. My first issue was the app not recognizing my D7. That wasn’t a big deal I just had to hard restart the D7. The biggest issue is an error I’m getting d3000, I looked it up and it might be an error due with laser turret. I’m pretty disappointed with this botvac considering the price I paid for it. It’s been giving me headaches trying to fix and this isn’t even a year old yet. Buy a extended warranty because now I got a paper weight.

It is helpful .I made it run twice a wwek at night . The reason I give 4 stars because sometimes it looses connection with WFI and I contacted customer service to fix it .

When it works, it is great. It cleans very well but if it happens to get stuck in the middle of the cycle, it will continue to get "stuck" until you put it back on the base. Im sure a firmware update could address this issue but at least in my experience, support didn't seem interested on helping. If you have chrome anything, it will mess up with the laser and it will have issues.

I love the Neato vacuums- the amount of dust they pick up is amazing and leaves the floors clean! just on the pricey side but it was worth it.

My wife loves this Neato compared to our previous Roomba. This has a powerful vacuum that sucks dirt out including dogs hair when our two dogs are shedding. It is also compatible with Alexa. You could also monitor the unit on line since it can be connected to the internet. Cleaning the dirt container is also a breeze.

I wasn’t sure if I needed this product but now I can’t live without it. It does a wonderful job with dirt and pet hair! I like the no-go zones. You program it to go only where you want. You can have it learn different room for cleaning. It also works without WiFi but you don’t get to no-go zones.
