Neato Botvacs are amazing - I can’t believe how much dirt is sucked up every single day! Programming to run automatically makes daily cleaning practically effortless. This is my second robot - being able to create zones is a fantastic feature. Don’t forget to do regular maintenance for maximum performance & longevity.

This little fella just keeps working... love how he gets in corners (something the round brand just can't do). As long as he gets regularly cleaned himself, he does a great job cleaning all the cat hair and kitchen debris my family leaves behind.

The overall function of the vacuum is great. Setup is not bad, however the “learning” or mapping process can be a little tedious. Learning what needs to be moved is a must. Make sure all small cords are out of the working path. I had to call tech support and received excellent information quickly. The robot has cut cleaning time significantly for our house.

This would be my second nesto and hands down the best one yet.

Beat in terms of dust and pet hair cleaning..!! Could have been a fast cleaner..!! But nothing in market matches this in terms of cleaning..

We moved to a new house that was 90% wood or tile floors. I felt like I was sweeping and vacuuming every day. We have 1 dog and 1 cat. Ain't nobody got time for that. :) This has helped cut down on some much. It just a little clunky sometimes, the app doesn't want to work and it can get frustrating. But overall it has given me more time to relax and spend time with my family

Before buying this product my wife was constantly sweeping the floors daily because we have three children a dog and a cat. Now she doesn’t have to waste time on sweeping the floors anymore and the floors look better than ever. This Neato robot vacuum is awesome and we are looking at getting a second one for upstairs.

Done lots of research before I purchased this one. I wanted to buy roborock s5, but decided to go with this after watching many youtube videos. I can control with my phone and can do everything with my phone. The bottom line is that this vacuum gets the job done. I am happy with my choice.

I watched numerous videos to find a perfect vacuum that can clean one portion of the home at a time and still give me control to clean whenever I want with powerful cleaning maneuvering capability. Only one vacuum has all the qualities. Having WiFi and voice command with Alexa is a topping.

I wanted to like this vacuum over a Chinese competitor. But unfortunately after comparing the 2, the Chinese competitor hands down did a better job. The Neato was never able to complete my fist floor without assistance. Always getting stuck on area rugs or other issues. It would often stop to get its location and couldn't seem to get back on track afterwards. Again I wanted to find a reason why I should keep this vacuum so I tried another test. I thought for sure the neat with the "D" shape would be able to get closer to the walls and around my chair legs, so I put flower on the floor. Both of my robo vacs were equal on the straight walls, but in the corners and around chair legs the neat vac failed it left a trail of flower about 2" from the chair leg. That was it after that test it went back in the box and back to the store. There were a few positives. It held more debris and the software was better. If you just have bare floors this vac may work for you but if you have higher area rugs forget it. Also if the base gets moved you have to remap your house. My other 1 will find the base no matter where I move it to.

So far so good. Seems to pick up more than our old neato. Glad this one uses the same filter as our old one!

Ok I owned a Roomba but it died and the towers were a hassel. This Neato D7 is the the greatest thing. You can set up no go zones on your phone! No more towers! It also works with Amazon Alexa. You can say Alexa clean house and the Neato starts and cleans based on how you set it up. I recommend this botvac!!

I had the original connected neato for 5 years and it was needing an upgrade. Finally broke down and purchased this one. Wow the improvements of this and still such a reliable vacuum. For sure if your thinking of upgrading do it. If your not sure do it. It's worth the money.

Love this already. It's actually a little mind blowing that this vacuum does what it does. There are more expensive ones on market but this thing is a beast and the most bang for your buck. It is truly a smart vacuum! You won't be disappointed, buy it.

Owned a Roomba E5 for a while. Wanted something a little more independent. Definitely happy with the purchase. Love the option for the no go lines and the zones. Makes keeping my floors clean easier. Does well with the hair my husky sheds every where.

Fits under my couches and furniture, yet it stops and says it's stuck in the middle of the room with nothing around it.
