Worked for 1 week, app was decent, cleaning was great and floor plans saved. Then 2nd week happened. App errors daily with the robot saying base was moved and floor pans not being complete. Terrible. Returned it. Bought a ECOVACS Deebot T5, the T5 is better in every way! smarter and app works great.

Can only program one cleaning a day and has mlm poor suction and bin size. Returned it because of the one cleaning today.

With connected WiFi, the bot drained its battery really fast if charger is not connected.

This product is great I like it very much and would recommend to any one it's been great I'm enjoying my purchase. If you need it I'd say go and get it. We call this vacuum eva like from the movie wall-e Great to clean hardwood floors

I've had a Neato for years now and just bought this for my sister and she loves it. She stayed with me for a few months and saw how valuable a household tool it was. I would highly recommend any of the units in the Neato lineup.

Works good, have had little problems so far. I really like the feature of using my phone to use the Neato!

This is an average product. It cleans ok. I wouldn’t recommend it for large homes. Can get stuck easily. I sometimes have problems with it going from wood to rug surfaces. It will get stuck going up the rug. Can be frustrating. I would use only as a secondary source of cleaning, will not completely replace normal vacuum

Bought it after moving into our new house. Haven’t tried it on carpeted areas yet but it cleaned hardwood and area rugs pretty well. Remove all the fine dust and visible things on the floor. I run it once every other week. My best friend these days.

Nice vacuum works great. Could use a bigger catch tray. Drapes etc. Have to be 3-4 "off the floor.

This model is the bomb. I've had it for a long while now. It's very smart. Works extremely well. And will go over rugs just fine. It will work with cat hair as well. Larger capacity for it's container as well. Great product

East setup. Bigger cleaning bin a plus. Will send a text when bag is full or when stuck in a situation. Upgrade from a D4, because it would not connect to 5gif Wi-Fi. A little pricey but worth the extra money

We purchased this since the specs seemed way better than the Roomba (lidar, larger beater bar, more suction), however, in our 3200 sq ft home it just didn't work. Initial setup was an issue (and I'm an IT exec) with wifi problems (worked once then failed). Neato IT support helped with new firmware... and they were responsive. Once getting it by that...it took almost 2 weeks to get a complete mapping since the thing would get confused and needed to be brought back to the base manually. We returned it within the window and got a Roomba which has work perfectly right from the initial setup. I think these are software issues which hopefully the company will address … at that time, it will be a cool product.
