I originally purchased the five it was so amazing that I knew it was something I was going to keep forever so I upgraded to the d7 absolutely love this The seven has no go lines -

I bought this for my wife as an early valentine present and she loves it an so do i its perfect cleans our hole house perfectly and specially with our dog must buy

Cleans very well and is able to handle obstacles without difficulty. Only issue seems to be shelves that are tall enough for the body to fit through but not the sensor.

Works as it should. Eco mode works great for any cat litter that falls out or shedding. Have not had a need for the high power setting. Easy to set up and use.

This is our second Neato vacuum. It seems to get stuck easier and heads back to the charger for no reason. It's also fallen down a set of stairs and our other one (which was a cheaper unit) never did.

Giddy happy with this product. Transitions from tight knit carpet to hardwood floors with ease. The wifi, cell APP allows cleaning no matter where you are, and scheduling.

Wish I had bought it sooner. With a shoulder injury is difficult to sweep and vacuum. This robot has made easier to keep my floors clean. Love it!!!!!

It does a good job of picking up pet hair and had a large capacity container. It is also nice that the brush is easy to remove for cleaning.

this is our Second Neato... better than our first,,, but the first Neato was not great also... great new features...in this model...

I purchased the robot and within three weeks would not work at all. Had a trouble on it and wanted me to “clean the brush” I cleaned the brush multiple times. Wasted an hour on the phone to customer service who were no help. These things are suppose to make your life less stressful! Took this robot back today and swapped it out for the Roomba 960.

BEST Sweeping bot on the market in my opinion, Unmatched at this PRICE POINT, the next bot in this class cost 2.5x's this bot.....

I use to hate to vacuum, now I don't because the D7 (Hazel) vacuums every day keeping my hardwood floors and carpet super clean.

I feel like I’m in the cartoon era of the Jetsons and this is my equivalent of Rosie on the show. Great vacuum that I can program to clean on my schedule

Works very well gets stuck less than roommates under my cabinets . Good deal could be better with finding its way back

I like everything about this cleaner: network connectivity, the Android Neato app, and most of all the cleaning. I use it in a medium sized household where two adults, one medium sized dog and two cats reside (the dog sheds very little but the cats shed freely, easily, and often). The largest and dirtiest room is the combined living room, sun room, and dining room - the only one into which all three pets are allowed to interact with their humans. A gated barrier keeps the dog out of the kitchen but allows the cats in via a small inset door. The doors to the other rooms are kept closed to prevent the pets from entering and the robot therefor skips those rooms, too. The robot comes with special tape that you may use to set a barrier to rooms or areas you do not wish it to clean. It is also possible to edit the robot generated map to indicate rooms or areas for it to avoid as well, but I did not make use of either method. I let the Neato D7 Robot clean that largest room using its mapping and auto guidance feature. It did a very nice job cleaning in and around all of the furniture and even did well on the corners while also cleaning several mats and rugs. After five runs in that room, the unit only got stuck twice: once on a strand of hemp rope hanging down from the cat condo scratching post that got stuck in the brushes (I thought that I had safely tucked that strand away but apparently had not) and once under the dining table when all chairs had been pushed together tightly under that table. In each case, the device notified me via the app that it was stuck and needed help. So make sure you pick up all kid and pet toys, lift power cables out of the way, and leave adequate space under tables and between chairs for the device to get in and out. For the kitchen and the other rooms in the house, I just picked up the device and placed in near the center of each room in turn and selected the Spot cleaning option. This device is really great for cleaning under the beds. It is easy to remove and empty the collector and to clean the brushes. The device comes with two spare filters and the device will remind you when brush cleaning and filter replacement is required. I highly recommend this product. Now if they would just develop a robotic toilet bowl cleaner...
