    The pros: when it actually makes it out of the room that it starts in it cleans well. My cats are OK with it. They might even like it at this point. The cons: Good luck actually getting it to vacuum more than one room. The bedroom gets vacuumed 20 times for every 12 times the living room get vacuumed. So, I frequently need to run the vacuum a second (and sometimes a third time)

    This review is a WARNING to any potential buyers. I received my Botvac D7 at the end of March 2018 and it broke by June 2018. After only using it at most once a week the swivel sensor on top quit working. I contacted Neato support, sent in my info and got the location to send it too. After 2 months I have gotten neither a new replacement for the defective one or my repaired defective one back. Customer support has not responded to several attempts to receive some kind of update regarding my issue. I would highly recommend you not purchase this or you may be stuck with either a $900 paperweight within a few months or send it off and never hear from it again.

    it made noise during the first run to make a house map due to the dust overload.. then it had issue to connect to internet and the customer service said it was my internet issue so I returned. It may clean my carpet really well and work better for smaller floor plan ..
