Had to replace 3 times while under warranty. Not built to last. Rough on baseboards and furniture. It can clran in total darkness, and the mapping and scheduling features are probably the best on the market. Probably going to try the Roomba S9+ when this one commits suicide again.

I love it! I thought my apartment was impecable, but this lil robot keeps finding lint and dirty from under my bed and crevices where I can’t reach. It does a little dance when it goes back to dock.

Owned for about 3 months now and working great. Does a great job of cleaning and navigating around the house. It’s gotten stuck a couple of times but it was totally our fault (kids left items on the floor).

The D5 had issues with batteries, returning to the base station and more. We returned the D5 and purchased the D7. The battery life is better. The controls are better. The on-board status lights are MUCH better. Dirt storage capacity is better.

I purchased this top of the line Neato D7 to test against our Roomba 960. Unfortunately the Neato D7 failed in almost every test. While the D7 did manage to find its base most of the time. It did not clean our 800 sf all hardwood floors adequately. It routinely left debris behind, and did not clean all the way to the edges. As a result we had dust and debris along all of the baseboards, and often in the middle of the floor. The D7 got stuck on the same area rug 6 of the 15 times we used it. Once in a corner with no obstructions. The Roomba 960 routinely cleaned the same area completely. Comparatively the Roomba became stuck twice over 3 months of daily use in the same area. The D7 has promise and the ability to define no go zones within the app is a great option the Roomba lacks. Unfortunately the application was inconsistent and not intuitive. The Roomba 960 performed consistently better and would be my choice at this price point.

In my opinion, this is much better and smarter than the competitors! I’ve had a roomba previously which chewed up my rug’s edges! This machine is quite, the shape is perfect, powerful. The App is user friendly.

Neato Botvac D 7 connected is a best equipment to sweep floor while you at work or busy with daily routine. Just need trash been emptied every 2 days and that robot do everything else. Love it, definitely recommend.

Owned the Botvac D7 for four months, from October 2019 - January 2020. Actually returned the original because it would run out of power and not make it back to the base. In that regard, the replacement was better but compared to the IRoomba, this robot was more sensitive to changes in moving of furniture. Often, when deep cleaning, requiring the movement of furniture, the robot would throw an error indicating it was moved and would only work after remapping the house. This occurred multiple times to the point of frustration. So much that I returned this and paid the premium for the IRoomba with the cleaning base. Owned the IRoomba for 3 months now and I've never had to redo mapping. Another problem, the Botvac seemed to get 'dumber' as time passed. It would forget how to navigate chairs, table legs, other furniture and return to the base which occurred more frequently as time passed. I like the idea and promise of a vacuum robot but was not able to realize it with the inconsistency of the Botvac D7.

Cleans well, I would recommend to friend. Battery could be better for larger homes

When I first considered getting, I wasn't sure if the price was worth it. Now I can't imagine life without it! Got another brand and returned. Got the Neato and it works so much better for me. Highly recommend!

Maybe I just need to reread the user manual, but there are a few features that seem simple enough to perform that the vacuum hasn't done. Hopefully with a little practice I can dial it in to exactly how I want it. However the performance is wonderful on our hardwood floors and dog hair messes. The vacuum has impressed me in the quality of cleaning.

Works as intended! The floor map is great and allows me to control the entire layout of the house. Also has some great features to allow even more options for how you want it to work.

This vacuum is great still figuring out some of the things on it but surprised how this little vacuum picked up the dirt I was like wow I would recommend it it was a good price so I bought it.

I had been in the market for a RoboVac for a while. The number of brands of RoboVacs has become quite overwhelming. The Neato was easy to set up, picked up dust & hair Efficiently, and sweeped my entire 3 bedroom apartment in an hour while I made dinner. This is a great investment! I highly recommend it. I’m never going back to the standard vacuum again!

This model self learns the floor plan and does a great job trying to get to all of the areas; sometimes too well. For example, it will sometimes run its battery down trying to get to all of the learned area in the dining room, but if the chairs have been moved, it gets confused. Eventually it moves on, but it takes a while. Also, when it leaves its docking station, it will spin and scan the area. If it doesn’t recognize the area, it will re dock without cleaning anything. These are what I would consider glitches; but overall this machine performs very well. The collection compartment is fairly small so it would be helpful if this unit had an accessory so it could empty itself and continue cleaning.

Love love love this vacuum. I have two of them...one for each level. Keeps the dog hair in the crumbs picked up off the floor. Carpets always look freshly vacuumed.

This vacuum does a good job cleaning. However, it is quite noisy.

Excellent system for low budget. Very easy to setup. Just plug and go.

Great vacuum, easy to program different zones for automatic cleaning. Love that it reaches places the regular vacuum won't. Much gentler on furniture than the Roomba.
