Love the larger dust bin & it is much quieter than earlier models

Great for cleaning floors. Both carpet and other. My only con is there were not good instructions included and I had to google.

I have a roomba and a neato. The neato is much better than roomba. Roomba goes around in circles and cleans the same place several times, but then misses some places. The Neato will methodically clean your home. It won't clean the same place twice, and doesn't miss places. It also costs less than roomba. I highly recommend this robot!!

This is the second Neato that I purchased. While the original one was good, I think this model is much better. It does a fantastic job picking up cat hair and seems to maneuver around the house better than the other one did. I don't know what I would do without this thing!

Picks up very well. Picks up pet hair. I run it everyday!

Easy to set up and clean! Schedule runs for one hour

We bought this robot vacuum cleaner to clean up dog hair from our dogs. It worked great until Christmas. We left on vacation and came back to a dead, uncharged vacuum. It got stuck and could not return to its charger. It has never worked correctly since. I am not sure what to do to correct the problem but the vacuum no longer holds the schedule and does not vacuum unless manually started.

Not so great- electronics were iffy- screen would come on sometimes and sometimes not, could have been just the particular unit. It did pickup well- probably better than the irobot from what ive seen. We have lots of chairs and tables with legs and it had trouble getting around them in spots. Might be ok in a simple set up room...

My mom mentioned that my sister had one of these and it worked great. So I got here one for Christmas and she loves it, it did take about 2 weeks to learn the house.

I read a ton of reviews on this and took my time picking a product. I have a German Shepard who sheds a ton and this is the greatest money I have spent. It runs 4 times a week while I am asleep and he dog and I don't hear it. It cleans up better thank I could do using a regular vacuum twice a week. Worth the purchase.

Very pleased with this product. Wish it had a remote to operate it manually. Other then that works great !

I don't remember what life used to be like with a regular vacuum! This RoboVac has saved my life! It picks so much pet dander that my normal vacuum could never get. I've had it for a month and haven't touched my regular vacuum since. Great in corners too. I can't wait to purchase a second one for upstairs!

This device is awesome. It is so nice to be able to program it to go certain days/times and then let it go. Amazing how it works itself around things, knows when to return to base to recharge and where it left off before charging. It has been super helpful for picking up dog hair for our shedding dog!

Don't get me wrong it does the job but I have a WiFi version as well and boy is it convenient to use the app to start that one up whenever I want.

This Neato Botvac D80 is a great option for small apartments using carpet or not. My apartment has 810 square size and it takes around 40 minutes to finish everything and the result worth the money. The only cons is that this model does not have connected app to manage the clean.

My mom can't handle the upright anymore, but she can push a button. She loves it, follows it around and can't believe how well it works!

needed a repair after only 2years, battery doesn't last. expensive!

I bought this for my wife as a mother's day present to make cleaning our house a little easier. It worked awesome off the most part but the obstacle recognition software needs some improvement. We had it for a few weeks and it started to scratch and tore up the finish on our dining room table and chairs. We put some felt on the outside of it and it fixed the problem though. Works great for pet hair.

I have had several older neatos. They needed replaced. I bought a Roomba and was totslly disappointed. Got this neato 2weeks ago. Love it. It has a huge bin. Does not get stuck. I would highly recommend. Will be buying a second one for my basement.
