first received was defective bought with BB warranty. replacement in the mail was also defective and looked to be used. Even though you buy warranty for this device, you won't find another one in the store to replace it due to the product being decommissioned. Look elsewhere.

this is a must if you have pets or a pet. i run it almost everyday... even with a child that loves to be outside it gets all the dirt he tracks in.

Does a very good job even on the edges and corners

I couldn't train my cat to ride on it like the video, but she sure likes hiding from it! does a great job on our carpet and hardwood!

We had been told it was awesome and it did not let us down. We love it and it works better than expected. We need replacement filters already.

This is my favorite bot vac I have had it over six months and know issues as long as you keep the matinance up on it far as cleaning brush etc

bought this for my wife since shes partialy dissabled was skeptical but picks up better then our vaccum very happy with it

Basic vac robot. Pet hair gets stuck on bristles requiring lots of cleaning. Has great suction though. Roomba makes a better, more efficient, and easily cleanable vacuum compared to this.

Does really well but could be a little shorter to get under more furniture.

I have no issues. It has its low maintenance with cleaning it up but apart from that, I cannot complain.

Once the little vac figures out the lay out it gets with it, battery gets low and it will return to the dock, recharge and finish the house.

This has been a great purchase that we should have done a long time ago. The "whole house" feature is great and the reason I selected Neato.

It does a great job. It runs twice a week and we can't believe how much it picks up and we do not have any pets.

This robot vacuum does a pretty good job. It can't do a real thorough vacuuming job but I use it to keep after dust and dog hair in bedrooms. It has a small capacity dirt trap.

The Neato is easy to program & really keeps the pet hair down! That's the main reason for the purchase. Couldn't be happier with it. :)

Multiple rooms connected and picked this one because it is smarter than roomba. Does all rims and navigates from one to other great.

This vacuum works fabulous! I love that by setting it to run right before return allows for a clean floor to come home to every day

Please DO NOT buy this product!!! 9 months after purchasing the Botvac D80 it started showing a message to open the dirt bin and push the battery switch to "ON", and the scheduled cleaning would not start. The battery switch was never in the "OFF" position to begin with. After Power Cycling the robot (Pressing the power button on top of the unit), it would clean with no problem for 75 minutes before going back to the base to recharge. When we called customer support they insisted that this was a battery problem and that it needed to be replaced because it wasn't charging properly. We insisted that the battery was fine as it was cleaning for 75 minutes (the expected duration of one charge), which meant that the battery was fine and it was charging fine. We sent a video that proved that the "Battery Switch" inside the robot was malfunctioning and IT was causing the error. In fact, the "Battery Switch" was doing absolutely nothing when pushed and then started turning the unit "OFF" when it was in the "ON" position and vice-versa. They are still claiming that it's a battery problem and are requiring us to purchase a NEW battery to make sure it's not a battery problem, while we have already proved it is NOT. BTW the warranty on the battery is only 6 months so we have to pay for it. They clearly do not want to honor the warranty. We have been going back and forth with Customer Support for 3 weeks now and they will not do the right thing. So we are stuck with a malfunctioning unit that is still under warranty but they will not fix it. We read good product reviews before we purchased the Neato but we didn't search for "problems" with Neato, which we have now done, and the number of complaints about their products failing before 1 year and terrible customer support is overwhelming. We learned our lesson and will NEVER buy a Neato product again. Search for yourself before purchasing!

I have to big dogs and this is the only solution to keeping up with vacuuming. Wish I would've bought it sooner!!!

I love my Neato D80! Gets into all the books and crannys that circular robotic vacuums can't get into! Makes my daily chores a breeze!
