I have this scheduled to run everyday and love coming home to a nice clean floor

This does a great job but you will have to empty it just about after each use.

Having issues with dust bin, won't stay latched. If I can get this issue resolved, I would recommend it, if not.... Then that's another story.....

I originally purchased the botvac in November of 2015. It broke, but was still under warranty so I was I was sent a replacement in Feb. 2016. By Dec of 2016 the unit that I was sent in Feb also broke. This time it was not replaced because it was no longer under warranty. The company would only honor the warranty from the original purchase date even though I was sent a new unit in Feb of 2016. It is now 2017 and the unit is broken again. I am now looking for a new robot vacuum, but will not purchase from Neato robotics again. I feel that I received a defective unit each time and that the second unit should have been replaced.

The vacuums capacity is light, needs to be emptied mid clean. Louder than ever expected.

They broke sown every year, with the cost of the sweeper and the warranties I had double the cost into the sweeper. Not a good choice. And my best friend bought one because I did, and she hates it. Now I feel really bad that she bought one.

It works great for a month or two. Regardless of how well or often you clean it, fur gets in the motor and shuts everything down. You can’t get to the motor without voiding the warranty. Neato knows about this design flaw.

Worked ok at first, but started messing up after about 9-10 months. Because of the summer and kids being home, didn't get a chance to contact Neato until they went back to school. 13 months from the date of purchase. The manufacturer said it was out of warranty and wouldn't help, I'd have to pay someone to fix it. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your money.

In the 6 months I've had the Neato, I've had several problems from seemingly random beeping to error messages when nothing is wrong. I've had to contact customer service on multiple occasions. I would not buy this product again.

Leaves uncleaned areas (rug, kitchen floor) , most of the times can not find it's base after finishing cleaning This is the second Neato vacuum that i bought

Very disappointed by my first iRobot Scooba from Best Buy I went early in the morning to return it for credit. I received my refund without any hassles and the employee offered an exchange, but my Scooba had done such a poor job I didn't want to hear about it. However since she mentioned and pointed me to the robots section I went to take a look. I had reviewed the Neato online and knew it would not be bumping all over my furniture and would recharge and go back to finish the job where it left off. So I decided to give it a try. It was cheaper than the troublesome Scooba including the 4 years warranty. I connected it to the base to charge and programmed the time and scheduled for it to start cleaning the next day at 3:00 pm. At 2:58 we were all eyes on it, including my daughter in law from Spain (via Skype). At 2:59 it woke up. At 3:00 pm sharp it went out to work. What a great job! It did not waste time running again and again on the same spot, and cleaned my whole apartment on only one charge, not like Scooba that ran out after only half of it, leaving entire rooms untouched and getting clogged at the very beginning. It worked until 4:02 and faithfully returned to its base by itself. My wife was very happy and so was I. This one rightfully earned the residence status in my place. Sometimes cheaper can also be better, this is proof.
