    Works great!!! Picked up lots of stuff even after we swept. Does a great job and charges quickly. Gets back to charging station without trouble. It is finding all of the lost socks though

    We have had our Neato for a year, 3 months in the battery would not last and would take like 4 charges to clean the house. 6 months in the side brush quit, and had to replace the main brush. only use it 3 times a week. Now the Neato doesn't know if the bin is in and stops randomly for you to install. The neato also had a error code 3000 (look it up) that would randomly show up, now it just goes in circles.. I would not buy another nor recomend anybody buying one... buy a broom. No codes just does not work......

    Purchased a neato in Dec 2016, in September 2017 it stopped working. Went thru all the steps with customer service determined it might be the battery. They sent me a new battery. Now it is not working again. Emailed customer service they sent me a link to Amazon to buy a new battery. Apparently they only warranty the battery for 6 months. Repeat problems, no resolution, told to go buy more of their product. Would not recommend, expensive product that lasts less than a year.

    Broke after two weeks, Error code 3000.

    Works great out of the box. Very cool. Then "error code 3000" Do a web search on that. Clean the laser, did that. Still no good. Clean it again? Check. Still no good. Two or three weeks? $500.00? Laughable. Going to try to take it back next week. We will see how far that gets me?

    Really WANT to like

    Overall good job vac but that is when it not tell me the dirt lid came open. Very sensitive one bump and Bing Bing come check me. Called Neato and sending out another dirt lid hope that works for 450.00 otherwise going to others vacs.

    These are good when new.. but I have had 3 models and they ALL Fail Customer service is the worst ever.. They treat you like garbage.. I had a bad brush bearing within 5 months ... they never return emails.. finally 3 weeks later they said they would replace got the thing ready to ship then they changed there mind..they said it was corporate decision ....WTF???? Please look at Samsung that's what I'm gonna buy next

    Bad Support and Faulty Equipment

    The vacuum ran great initially but the battery died in less than a year. Neato reluctantly replaced it then the major malfunction occurred after one year. The dreaded "Error 3000" that is well documented by multiple users. It's not a simple fix, it's widespread amongst their units and Neato knows it! Instead of offering even a refurbished replacement vacuum, I would have had to ship the unit to Ohio for repair (after filling out a form and providing payment information) which would have cost over half what I paid for the unit originally!! I will never recommend this product/company nor will I ever spend another dime on any of their products! I now have a $500 beeping paper weight no thanks to Neato.

    Please, please, please save your hard earned money. This is the biggest piece of junk I have ever bought. Plus since I bought it online through BestBuy.com they said they can't help me fix it. It worked for less than 2 months and has never worked again. It just sits in my closet reminding me of how stupid I was to buy it. All in all I have only had trouble buying things online from Best Buy. I guess I should have spent my large sum for all of my appliances elsewhere. They refuse to help me every time I call. I spent $500 for a piece of junk and a nonexistent warranty. I am super sad I can't leave zero stars.

    Shipped me out more than one and all have some kind of problem and give error message and don't last long. My shark hasn't given me any trouble and it was cheaper. Highly disappointed

    Ok, for large dirt and hair but it misses a TON of the little stuff like dust, cat litter, ect. The Roomba does a lot better job cleaning the floors although it does it in a little more random pattern and takes longer.

    I purchased a Neato Botvac D80 in December 2015 for my elderly parents. It worked for about 6 weeks before the beater bar froze and wouldn't turn. I took it back in February and purchased another. The same thing happened in 6 weeks. I also had purchased the 4 year extended warranty. The store in Peachtree City, GA refused to refund my money after selling me defective products. All they would do is a store credit. After the store credit is gone I will never shop at Best Buy again and will spread the word. I should have purchased elsewhere.
