Still needs more speed in the payback edition - This game hasn't been the same in years, this was an attempt to bring back the glory days but unfortunately they didn't succeed.

Not as bad as 2015, but still bad. Heat should be better.

This has to be the worst NFS game ever made. I returned it after 2 days. I recommend GT Sport if you're looking for a real racing game.

It has a violent language and graphics and it’s not suitable for kids and I tried to change it with something else but they refused that

Not a good game to buy save your money , the game freezes up

The graphics are great, the handling is great, story is decent. The upgrade system is absolutely terrible for parts. Confusing and difficult. Just let me upgrade parts. I can tell the story line is short as I was 15% done within 2 hours. There are lots of side objectives that are an attempt to lengthen the game.

Need for Speed: Payback is a tedious, boring, and frustrating affair. The upgrade system requires the player to grind for hours, and the fact that this has to be done for every single car makes the game very boring to play. The driving mechanics are decent, but the rubber-banding, uneven AI, and clunky, floating controls result in a poor playing experience. The story is terrible and the three protagonists are all incredibly obnoxious and unlikable.

Not the worst need for speed but not even close to being the best either. Game play was nothing special. Didnt even finish it.
