I thought it was a funny movie, Zac Efron is makes this movie charming, not a movie to watch around children. I liked the bantering back and forth with the neighbor and the frat house.

This movie is great one to gather with friends or on your own, pop some popcorn and have a LOL time!

funny movie but predictable. pretty much the outrageous cookie cutter movie that keeps coming out.

thought that this movie was good though lacked the funny that I expected. The jokes in this movie are well incorporated and hove more sustenance than a typical Seth Rogen movie. Once I understood the types of jokes that would be used I was able to enjoy the move and get into the story line which does well to develop the characters though it has a slow start. The movie does depict modern college life and I expect that a younger (though not too young) audience would enjoy the movie more.

This was a very funny movie. If I had to recommend it to a stranger I would simply ask, "Do you like Seth Rogen movies?" If the answer is yes, then you will enjoy this movie. It's the same style with Seth Rogen playing essentially the same character he always does. The crazy thing though is that I would prolly say Seth Rogen is the 4th or 5th funniest person in this movie. Zac Efron and Rose Byrne are far more hilarious. All in all I'd say it was a good movie that made me laugh several times throughout.

For a short 96 minutes, Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall; Get Him to the Greek) runs a tight ship, keeping the momentum at a good pace and never allowing a lull in the energy. As a silly, titillating, and enjoyable comedy, Neighbors runs on all cylinders, breaking my funny bone on multiple occasions with tons of memorable, knee-slapping moments. Sadly the film isn’t able to serve up anything emotionally resonating to truly care about the characters or their dilemmas.

This was recommended to me by a friend and it was spot on. Sadly, these days, a lot of comedies are simply trying too much or not enough. I enjoy the types that have those WTF moments but could still be applied to real life social situations. In this case, the person dealing with party boys and us trying to retain our youth. I wouldn't want to give away too much, but I would recommend and it's worth watching many times over.

Ok I mean we have seen this type of movies a million times. But with that being said I still think this is a good movie. It is the type of movie you can just kind kick back with some friends, pop some popcorn and turn your minds off and enjoy. So if you expecting something new and different here there isn't really but if you just want to have a good time then this one is for you.

Going into the movie, I was expecting to be laughing continuously. Seth Rogan causes most of his own grief and escalates the conflict with the fraternity. It was a movie about the fear of life after college when the fun ends and leaving a legacy. Zac Efron was pretty funny and Seth was not a character that you can sympathize with. Solid movie, but not as funny as Animal House.

Well, this movie made me both laugh out loud and cringe at the same time. But not for the reasons you may think. I laughed at the obvious humor and hilarity of the married couple trying to "stay in the game" and I cringed at the antics of the frat house hijinks; but only because of the ideas that may be stolen from them! Yikes...glad my children are years away from college!

This film is kinda a lower key Animal house, with out going to far with what is referred to as toilet humor. If your on the fence about it, is defiantly worth renting, since it has a lot of laughs in it, and Zach Eferon makes fun of himself about dancing in almost every movie hes in. love the fact that in comes with a ITUNES Digital Copy, and Ultraviolet.

This movie is a blast. It's funny, maybe a little tedious at times (like, whyyyyy did they try to handle it themselves, and weren't there any other neighbors that heard the ruckus???), but overall it's hilarious, the acting is great, and there are lines that you'll find yourself repeating in conversation for months to come. Don't watch this with kids!!!

You know I was starting to think that the whole Seth Rogen thing might be getting old soon. Then he did This Is The End. Then he did THIS. Neighbors is funnnnnnyyyy. You will laugh with your bros. You will think about all of the stupid things you shouldn't have done in college but did anyway and would do go again if given the chance. It's worth it. Buy it.

My husband and I always purchase blu-ray's because of the quality of the picture. If you can't tell the difference between a standard DVD and a blu-ray, you need to get your eyes checked. Now on to the movie review, it was funny. It's targeted towards the 16-25 year old demographics but no matter what age you are, I think you will still get a good laugh.
