I have not used the extra sensor so I cannot speak to its effectiveness but the main thermostat has been pretty cool. It seems rather intuitive. I am waiting for internet to get installed to test it fully.

It can be complicated to get setup if you don't go to the support website and get the exact layout. But it's works as well as you'd come to expect from it. Material quality is fantastic.

I bought this thermostat because in the item specification it says it’s compatible with Alexa and I was told at the store the same thing. However, when I get home and I try to connect it I was not able to do so. Great device for google home but not for Alexa.

It is so convenient to be able to change the temperature, look at trends, set daily times straight from my phone - and I love the eco feature. Great product at a decent price.

The main unit came in with a defect but was able to work with the additional sensor, and using online help was really easy. I was sent a replacement for the part that was diagnosed bad in a week. Swap was easy. I was ready to return, but it worked. Google customer service seems great to work with.

It was difficult for me to trust that this thermostat worked as advertised, but I had to get used to not tinkering with it. It learns and even compensates for when nobody is home.

Love the thermostat, however constantly having to edit the control points. Have found myself in an 80° house in the middle of the day and have been freezing other times. Learning function is good, but be careful when you adjust the thermostat. It’s being recorded for the future. Love eco mode when not home, though!

it takes a couple of weeks to learn but once it does it is a jewel; sorry did not get one before now; love the way I can adjust the temperature from my phone if I decide I need heat or cool;

We love the Nest Thermostat and sensor. A huge upgrade over the archaic one in the home the previous owners used. Love to change the temperature from anywhere in and outside the home.

Purchased 2 with the remote sensor included. It is awesome and got a little discount through energy provider. App works really well as well. Took about 15 minutes to install.

It is very good. Very useful to be able to monitor and set from your iphone especially when you are away from your house. Recommended to neighbor.

sleek, intuitive, nice eco mode features. home away assist works 95 percent of the time, small annoyance, wish the manual scheduling wasnt so basic, need more specific control on that, but i guess this is supposed to be plug and play set it and forget it and that it is.

I love my nest thermostat. I like being able to control the heat in the house with my phone and knowing I can lock it in eco mode to save energy.

I’ve had this for a month now and works perfect. It learned our routine very quickly. Not sure if it’s coincidence or not but my power bill went down drastically.

The nest thermostat has made a huge difference in our electric bill. Since we’ve installed it our bill has been cut in half and it is way more accurate than our old thermostat.

This was a purchase that I was ecstatic about. I LOVE the idea of being about to control the temperature in my home from my cellphone. I'm a fan of New Technology
