Did not get everything promised with purchase!

It's great however I did not receive 2 free promises with the purchase. Those were 4 months of Syrus radio and 3 months of YouTube TV from Best Buy. My mom has not decided if she wants to keep hers yet. I still can return hers but I am keeping mine!

The sleep features seems very accurate but did get a little confused at times when one person was awake but the other was still sleeping

Reboot your display:
1. Open the Google Home app.
2. Tap and hold your device's tile.
3. At the top right, tap Settings > More > Reboot.
As a last resort, you can factory reset:
1. On the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting.
