I WANT to like it, but I just can't

Practically, though, I mostly use it to play music in my kitchen and as an alarm clock in my bedroom (it also controls my bedroom lights). Every day or two, the Hubs will all disconnect from the wifi and be unusable until I go through the setup process with all of them in Google Home again (it's tedious, and I can't turn my bedroom lights on without google home...). When they do work, they're pretty good. The sleep tracking is useless, not worth paying for (especially if you share a bed).

Here are some recommended steps you can try that can prove to be helpful with the issue:
- Check for possible congestion in your Wi-Fi network. Removing some of your connected devices can help free up some bandwidth space. You may then check to see if you will still experience the same connectivity issue.
- You may also check for possible sources of interference such as the thick walls and appliances in your home.
- Resetting Nest Hub is also a good idea to try out. This process will erase all data and you may need to set up your account again. To reset, check out this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477

If you don't plan to use it through your fingers(touch), it is great. Otherwise, I would recommend to buy the Max version.

It's great to have as a photos display and to get visuals to your Google searches rather than using a smart speaker.

I really am enjoying monitoring my sleep patterns through the built-in sleep tracker. I've also enjoyed having bedtime and wake-up routines. I just wish I could figure out a way to have this integrate with a to-do list software - none of them work as advertised!

Would highly recommend . I have one in each bedroom now based on getting on sale from Best Buy.

And, since the doorbell was not sending strong enough signals, we could not rely on either the Hub or the Doorbell to show or hear who was at the door and/or the situation on our front porch. Therefore, we cannot judge the Hub without a good functioning doorbell! It did take some effort to figure out how to use this Hub. It required repeated resets to work.

It can play videos and you can send them to the device from another connected device on the network. This is very much worth the money that I paid for it.

I use it for many things, but mostly I stream music from different sites. I use the Bluetooth to link it to my stereo system and it works great.

If u want to use in the kitchen or an area that may get dirty the outside doesn’t clean well. It’s almost a fabric texture

However, I have ring cameras and they’re not compatible. Got it on sale to try it out. It’s a fine device but, not for our current camera setup. And I won’t go purchase a bunch of new cameras just for this. Plus, the nest cameras are too pricey
