Great product at a good price. Easy to set up and use.

Easy to set up. I like asking the time or getting reminded to do things. I can ask for a recipe, set one or more timers or alarms, play music, ask for store hours for specific places. I can listen to the news....all in all, a handy device!

The display itself I really do like. Google occasionally seems to have things 'out of sync' (not sure how to describe it). The Hub is perfect for my bedside table. Starts my morning routine when I stop the alarm or when I just say 'Hey Google, good morning!' Silly I guess. And certainly not a necessity but gadgets have become sort of a hobby. (I have 22 various 'smart' devices in my home) I notice better reviews for Alexa devices but I've always had android phones and I just decided to stay with Google.

If you own a Google smart display, it's likely that you have the first-generation Nest Hub. However, there are other options available, such as the Lenovo Smart Display powered by Google Assistant or the more expensive Nest Hub Max with a built-in camera. For many smart home consumers, the smaller Nest Hub, priced at $130 and frequently on sale, is the preferred choice. But now, there's a new model to take its place. The second-generation Nest Hub is not only smarter but also cheaper at $100. With its impressive features, it's definitely worth considering. However, Google has introduced a new feature called Sleep Sensing, which may be unsettling for some users, similar to Amazon's Echo Show 10.

I love smart devices. Especially, smart hubs that will allow a user to integrate items in their home/ lifestyle to be used and connected. I had an opportunity to get this Google hub during a special sales promotion and because Google is such a reputable company, with strong smart devices. I decided to give it a chance. The display is a nice size. Clear, and with a bright visible screen. This will allow the user to connect to a few devices like a sound bar, a TV, and even smart bulbs and lights within their home. However, the connectivity is not universally present, like it is with the Amazon Alexa devices. Even little things like the display of the date and time are so minuscule when compared to the size of the actual screen, that it’s even hard to see it unless you’re up close. The speaker sounds good when & if you’re using it for podcast or audiobooks. But if you’re listening to music, it could be so much better! and lacks a lot of the characteristic and stereo quality needed for today’s genres. Value wise, I think it’s a good value but Google definitely needs to upgrade the functionality and even some of the smart component connectivity through the Google app. This can allow things to be even more seamless and easier to use. Especially for first time users. Ultimately, I think this item is good! not great! but there’s plenty of potential and opportunity for the future.

I am really impressed with the Nest hub. I was looking at some other smart clocks when I found this item that is much more powerful, and comparably priced at the sale price I paid. It also integrates easily with my phone and the Google Home app. I am using it as an alarm clock mainly, but I like all of the added features of streaming music, controlling my smart lights, thermostats, and more. I also like that I can turn off the mike so I only have it on when I want to. If I want to set an alarm easily, I can flip on the speaker, and Hey Google the alarm settings, and turn the mike off again.

I got it as a Christmas present and I love it! It can play white noise, music, podcasts, it can track your sleep, etc. I have 2 in the house, one in my bedroom and 1 in my kitchen. Overall a great product!

Enjoying the Google Hub. Use it every day- plays music during daytime and relaxing sounds at sleep. Frequently utilize the AI feature and enjoy the rotating pictures.

I use this device as a bedside display it's very handy for some home applications and has a decent speaker i used to have a nest mini and I'm glad i upgraded to this is surprisingly good considering one how dim the display gets when you turn off all the light and two how customisable it is. But be carful it took me to a bit to figure out why my alarm kept defaulting back to the original sound apparently there is a bug with alarm routine and rise snd shine alarms however if you just set a normal alarm and choose a custome sound or music alarm it works just fine

So glad I purchased this device. I recently purchased a high quantity of smart devices for my home and it is extremely useful to manages all of them from this hub. I was also surprised how loud the speaker is when either asking Google for assistance or listening to music.

This is the 2nd Nest Hub 7 inch I have purchased. I enjoy the digital picture frame but can also use google assistant and play music. Also recommend the Nest Hub Max. Larger size is nice and great wide screen for video calls.

I absolutely love the nest hubs. They are the perfect size and can be placed in any room. The sound quality is pretty good, and the screen can get very bright.

The device is phenomenal and actually listens and understands what I'm saying. A warm welcome and switch from Amazon having you YELL and HOLLAR bc it never understands you.

Love the google hub nest and this is my third purchase and I will recommend it to all my friends. It helps by reminding me of my appointment, shopping list, listening music, I use to learn, speak Spanish.

Easy to use. Family friendly. Easy to set up and install in home and on phone.

Love the display, the compact form factor, and sound quality for something so small. My only gripe is it doesn't have a camera like the hub max, but lacking a camera does make it more appropriate for bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great addition to my google home from the google mini. The speaker is loud and clear, the microphone and voice capturing is spot on and I find myself not having to repeat myself. The customization and night mode are great.
