A Must Have in Every Google Home!

If you like to cook or are active in the house and need hands free ability you can't beat this device. Love the way it works with all of my Google accessories.

The Nest Hub 7” was a great option and was only a few dollars more than a Nest Mini which made the descion to buy the Nest Hub 7” the obvious choice.

Sometimes the actual "hey google" "play song" type items act up, but that's more of a software thing. Got it while it was on sale. Wouldn't pay 100 for this size version.

We can see that you're experiencing some issues with the Google Assistant. We suggest that you retrain your device to better recognize your voice as this may help with voice control. We also suggest adjusting the Hotword sensitivity as it may also be helpful with the issue. You may follow the steps below to help improve your experience:
Retrain Voice Match:
- On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app.
- At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial and then Assistant settings and then Voice Match.
- Tap Teach your Assistant your voice again and then Retrain.
Change Nest Hub's Hotword sensitivity:
- Open your Google Home app.
- Select your Nest Hub.
- At the top right, tap the Settings (Gear) icon. - Then tap Audio.
- Then tap "Hey Google" sensitivity and adjust the slider to make your Nest Hub more responsive to the Hotword.

Works best if you already have smart lights and plugs that work with google assistant, but I mostly ended using mine as a timer and for casting videos.

A nice feature is that the light dims when you turn out your lights.

I am a very inquisitive person and the Google Assistant rarely fails to answer my questions and I enjoy being able to see the results on the screen.

It can visually stutter at times but it gets the job done well being a smart home hub. The ability to cast anything to it is very cool, and the speaker sounds incredible and much better than a Nest Mini. We use it as a clock primarily for the living room.

All of my smart things seamlessly integrate with Nest Hub. Having a dedicated system to control and monitor status is great. I can see all my cameras across different brands, for instance, without going from an app to app on my phone.

The clock auto dims according the the lighting in the room which is a nice feature. The google product take commands just as well as a smart phone. This is a must have product if you are looking for a digital clock that does much more.

I used it to replace my alarm clocks and placed one in my kitchen. It is simple to use and is very intuitive. It also has the ability to communicate with and control your smart switches and other devices.

I bought this device for my office in the basement so that I can communicate with my wife while she is working at home upstairs. I can set up my work routines, reminders, play soothing music while working. I am just loving this device.
