We hear your concern with software updates sometimes causing issues. We constantly strive to improve the Nest Hub experience, but occasional bumps can happen. That said, we’d like to know more details about what you find frustrating with the latest update. This information helps us identify and fix the problem for future updates. Meanwhile, you can check for any available bug fixes by opening the Google Home app and tapping on your Nest Hub > Settings > Device information > Software update.

I went into it thinking there's a 50-50 chance that I won't like it, but it turns out I kind of do. It's not perfect, and the interface is kind of laggy occasionally, but it's great to control my smart home with my voice, and it makes for a nice clock. The Wi-Fi randomly disconnects for a few minutes every now and again, but comes back on. So it doesn't really bother me. I wouldn't pay full price for it. Try to always get it on sale.

So just bought this newer model for main living room. Screen and camera feature could be used for voice chat using duo. Good smart device to have. Improvement over google Voice .
