Anytime we tapped an app like Netflix it would say it didn’t know where I wanted it to play it. Geek squad came and they couldn’t figure it out either. We had 2 and they both did that.

I honestly don't use the touchscreen and even for viewing but for the on sale price, I can't complain. I hate the large white bezel. I would recommend but only if its on sale.

No Bluetooth or a least a 3.5 mm Jack to hook in an external speaker. Also Google assistant needed a minute to get u and running and has errors in understanding speech

Your Nest display could be having trouble connecting to Google, and you can try these simple steps below that might help:
- Check your Wi-Fi network for possible congestion. Relieving some of your connected devices may help free up some bandwidth space.
- Check the distance between the Nest display and your router. Ensure that it is within a line of sight from your router.
- Check for wireless interference with other Wi-Fi hotspots or appliances and devices nearby.
- Restart Nest display and router to refresh the connection.
- Reset your Nest display. On the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting.
Retraining your Nest Mini, to better recognize your voice, and adjusting the Hotword sensitivity may be helpful with the issue. You may follow the steps on these help articles:

Also, you can play music that's stored on your mobile device (phone or tablet) or computer on your Google Nest or Home speaker or display using Bluetooth. This includes music downloaded from iTunes, Audible, Apple Music, and personal playlists. You can even stream music that plays on your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to your favorite Bluetooth speakers or headphones.

Watch YouTube TV and use YouTube music at my home office desk. YouTube Tv worked great, YTM was a joke, back it goes. If you don’t use YTM as your music service then it might work for you.
