I like how the price of the 2nd Gen Hub keeps coming down with the Nest Hub Max available, currently $59.99 at the time of this review. We enjoy using it for the digital photo frame, home control of thermostats and lights, viewing Nest Cam video in other rooms, and checking the weather. We don't use the music function much, but it is quite nice when we do choose it. I don't like that you cannot arm and disarm the Nest Secure from the hub. Other than that, it should do everything thing else that a person with a Nest ecosystem would expect it to do.

Once I bought this display it helped me become on time and also is the hub of my whole room / house setup. Definitely need a Google home in your house!

I have always wanted something I could control all my smart devices from and this is it. I have uploaded photos to Google so it's a digital photo frame rotating our memories when it's not being used. I can view any of my cameras when needed at any time, and turn smart devices on or off with either a touch on the screen or a command.

Hub Works, but Google Home is not Great

Unless you have an Android, would maybe consider another operating system for your Smart home. It's also a bit smaller than I thought, but it's the perfect size for my kitchen so it's usable but out of the way on my counter.
