    Needed a digital picture viewer, after many searches I gave up. But walked into Best Buy and the sales associate was are you looking for something specific I’m like no. He asked if I had a google nest and it was on sale. He’s like you can add pictures to it. SOLD LOL I took it home needed help with uploading the pics but YouTube rocks!!! I love this item

    I purchased this second generation to upgrade from its previous gen because I had issues with it and thought this updated version could solve some of them. Unfortunately, it is still laggy, and opening an app takes time to pop up. The OS is laggy and not that responsive. But I do like the sleep monitor feature and also wish that Google can push a new firmware update to add more gensture feature to it not only for pause and play.

However, we're sorry to hear that you're still experiencing laggy and unresponsive issues. We can see how that's frustrating and would love to help improve your experience as best as we can.

      Laggy and unresponsive issues are sometimes related to network congestion issues. To isolate this, you may try removing some of the devices that are connected to your Wi-Fi network. This will help free up some bandwidth space of your connection. You can try out both your Google Nest speakers and see if you can recreate the laggy issues you're experiencing. If you no longer experience the same issue, then this verifies that you may need to consider the possibility of upgrading your connection.

      On the other hand, if the same laggy and unresponsive issue still occurs, then you may want to consider resetting both your Google Nest speakers. This process will erase all data on both your speakers and you will need to set them up again. Here's how you can reset both your speakers: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477
