It's great however I did not receive 2 free promises with the purchase. Those were 4 months of Syrus radio and 3 months of YouTube TV from Best Buy. My mom has not decided if she wants to keep hers yet. I still can return hers but I am keeping mine!

However, if I want to favorite a photo, the hub won't let me physically favorite the photo, when you try doing that it shows directions to say "hey google, favorite this photo" ...which would be fine if it would recognize my voice all the time. I've set up my voice in the google home app several times and it's still a thing that happens about 25% of the time if not more. I wish I could make it to where it doesn't require voice recognition since I live by myself, so not like someone else is going to be messing with it. Or at least let me physically favorite the photo by clicking the favorite button like on the phone. Product would probably get a star or 2 more if it could just recognize my voice all the time, but when it doesn't, it's quite irritating
