I mainly purchased this in hopes of using this with plex. The best way i was able to achieve this is casting it from my iphone. The onscreen controls do not respond well and which i ended up using the phone for controls which takes a way from its original purpose.

Simple things like setting a timer are better than on the old Google Home speaker as you can visually see a countdown of the timer and know how much time remains. Nice product - Recommended

The interface is clean and the voice control with Google Alexa is excellent. I love how the display dims accordingly to ambient light. Nice device; I'm happy I got it and it feels like a steal with the sale price.

Posted .Thanks for reaching out on your Nest Hub (2nd gen). Sorry you're experiencing issues with screen responsiveness — that seems out of the ordinary. A factory reset can help solve that problem and here’s how:
On the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting. Once it does, you’ll need to set up your device again.
