    Perfect for my kitchen counter, the small but useful display integrates automatically with google photos as a wonderful digital picture frame that also doubles as a smart speaker, kitchen timer, shopping list and recipe book. This little thing does so much!

    I really like the Hub, however sometimes it doesn’t recognize/listen and I have to repeat ‘HEY GOOGLE’ which is a bit frustrating but overall I really like this and I love the GE lights that connect to this and I also have my Roomba and TV connected which is nice!

      Hi Somie, thank you for posting your review. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing some difficulties with voice commands on your Nest Hub (2nd gen). We'd recommend that you retrain the Nest Hub to better recognize your voice. We also suggest adjusting the Hotword sensitivity as it may also be helpful with the issue. You may follow the steps below:

      Retrain Voice Match:
      - On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app.
      - At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial and then Assistant settings and then Voice Match.
      - Tap Teach your Assistant your voice again and then Retrain.

      Change Nest Hub's Hotword sensitivity:
      - Open your Google Home app.
      - Select your Nest Hub.
      - At the top right, tap the Settings (Gear) icon.
      - Then tap Audio.
      - Then tap "Hey Google" sensitivity and adjust the slider to make your Nest Hub more responsive to the hotword.

    The added sleep feature seems to be good insight after my use so far. Otherwise same product as first gen. I needed a screen for Google TV controls and dedicated my gen 1 to that.

    So far it's great. I picked it up yesterday and set it up. I programmed my weekly alarm so far and it worked better than I expected, not to loud. I plan to test out the other features over the weekend.
