Simple product, not very flexible in capabilities

My biggest issue is that it does not function as I would have expected coming from Google. The audio assistant is useful, but you cannot control it with touch very well. Most functions where you would expect to be able to search for content (Netflix, Youtube, etc), do not allow it. The calendar will only show you the current day. Rather disappointed in this product. However, I did purchase it as means of monitoring Google Nest cameras and doorbells, and for this it works just fine.

Adjusting your Nest Hub's mic sensitivity and retraining it to better recognize your voice can be helpful with the issue. Check out the steps below:
Retrain Voice Match:
- On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app.
- At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial and then Assistant settings and then Voice Match.
- Tap Teach your Assistant your voice again and then Retrain.
We also recommend changing Nest Hub's hotword sensitivity:
- Open your Google Home app.
- Select your Nest Hub.
- At the top right, tap the Settings (Gear) icon.
- Then tap Audio.
- Then tap "Hey Google" sensitivity and adjust the slider to make your Nest Hub more responsive to the hotword.

Solid hub

It also doubles as a baby monitor because we have a nest cam in the baby's room. Works well as a backup baby monitor for that.
