    Set it up in the kitchen works great to control all smart functions in the house. Netflix and Hulu control are very limited.

    Bought a few to put around the home to showcase photos from Google Photos. Sound is not as great as the Hub Max or the original Google Home Speakers.

We hear your concern about the sound quality, and we’ll share this with the right team for future improvements.

      Meanwhile, you can try adjusting the volume of your Nest display that may improve your experience, either by voice, by touch, or from the Google Home App. You can also change the audio settings of your in the Google Home app following the steps below:
      - Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Nest display.
      - Open the Google Home app.
      - Tap the device you want to adjust, select Settings, select Audio, then select Equalizer.
      - Adjust Bass and Treble level.

    Not too big of a fan of the user interface but it does what I need well enough. I mainly control my smart lights and view my cameras. It’s nice that you can have the cameras on constantly streaming to the hub. The alarm is really nice as well. I just raise my arm in front of the hub to snooze or say “stop” to cancel it. One thing that is weird though is that i can say “hey google, turn on bedroom light” and it will do it but the screen will say the accessory is not responding sometimes. I use Philips hue. Last thing is saying “hey google” just feels long, makes me miss Alexa.

      We could be looking at a possible connectivity issue that affects the overall performance of your Nest Hub, and it’s important to make sure that this is not caused by a spotty or weak Wi-Fi signal. We suggest checking your Wi-Fi network for a strong and reliable connection. If you have too many devices connected on the same bandwidth or if your network package is not enough to handle the data traffic on the network, removing other connected devices to your Wi-Fi may relieve network congestion. You can also try doing a factory reset to improve its performance.

    super convenient smart display, however sleep function difficult to use if you don't have furniture next to your bed. bought this to use for sleeping function but at the end didn't work out as I could not place the device next to my bed.

    Very useful device. I use it to do a bunch of stuff ranging from setting my indoor thermostat, to setting alarms, and displaying photo albums.

    Pretty solid device. Don’t plan on using it for viewing your home cameras though. It take a bit for it to load on the screen.

      To understand the underlying reason why it takes time to view your cameras using the hub, you can try disconnecting some of your connected devices to relieve traffic on your network and observe if it helps to keep your Nest cameras connected. You can also try lowering the video quality to check if it improves connectivity as high resolution video streaming requires strong and reliable bandwidth availability. If you see an improvement, then this may mean that your Wi-Fi bandwidth is not enough to keep all your devices connected. You can consider contacting your internet service provider for a resolution.
