Set up was frustrating took multiple times to get the HP system to “gather information” to complete the set up, thus the 3 star rating. Once it finally connected I had no issues.

No camera for video calling. Streaming anything seems to result in choppy performance at times. If it wasn't for a sale I would have returned it.

Resetting Nest Hub may be helpful with the issue. A factory reset will reset your Nest Hub to its default factory settings, and will erase all data. To reset, check on the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting.

I wanted to use another Nest Hub at another location and wasn't able to get it to work. I returned it and tried another unit. I wasn't able to get it to work either. I like the Nest Hub that I got to work and wish I was able to get the 2nd one to work. It might help if there was tech support to help with the installation. Best Buy was great with the return process.
