If you haven't tried yet, we recommend resetting Nest Hub to help fix the issue. Keep in mind that resetting will erase all data and that you may need to set it up again. To reset Nest Hub, check on the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting. You may also need to set up your other devices with Nest Hub (2nd Gen) after resetting.

While it “works” per say, its rather poor. Do not expect to be able to stream multiple cameras at the same time, nor see more than one. Outside of that, its just OK. A google home with a screen attached. Resolution isnt great, nor is the speaker… its just average at everything.
