We mainly use it to set a timer when cooking. The best feature is the constant display of photos that syncs automatically from my phone.

Not sure how I did without it

I especially like the sleep analysis because now I know if I'm still tired, why I'm still tired. Nice to just set an alarm by telling it with beautiful pictures running in the background and being able to wait to a natural sunrise when I'm just sleeping in a dark room after working a midnight shift
