We could be looking at a possible connectivity issue that affects the overall performance of your Nest Hub, and it’s important to make sure that this is not caused by a spotty or weak Wi-Fi signal. We suggest checking your Wi-Fi network for a strong and reliable connection. If you have too many devices connected on the same bandwidth or if your network package is not enough to handle the data traffic on the network, removing other connected devices to your Wi-Fi may relieve network congestion. You can also try doing a factory reset to improve its performance.

If you have a Pixel phone, you will need to use a different phone or tablet to activate it. It took a while to figure out the issue as normally Google products are easy to setup in the Home app. That all being said, once activated it's great. I wish the pictures from Google Photos would display better (horizontal vs. verticle) but that's on me since I take them with my phone. Only beef is with activating.

Google seems to be more responsive and doesnt suggest useless information. Audio quality is good and screen resolution is fine. It fits my smart home needs. Planning to buy more.

We ended up giving them as gifts to the grandparents. The thing we love most is that we can upload photos where we are and they can show up on the grandparents’ nest. It’s a dynamic photo frame. It is also great to use while cooking- it can show recipes.
