The screen turned black like it blew up or something. So ended up purchasing a new Nest Hub. Picked it up, installed it, and come to find out it did the same thing. Idk what is happening with this product. Also, I always have a hard time when connecting to a new wifi. It always making me reset the system to factory setting and all my saved settings and photo's will get erase and have to reload everything back again.

Posted .Thanks for reaching out on your Nest Hub (2nd gen). Sorry you're experiencing issues with screen responsiveness — that seems out of the ordinary. A factory reset can help solve that problem and here’s how:
On the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting. Once it does, you’ll need to set up your device again.
