However, I have ring cameras and they’re not compatible. Got it on sale to try it out. It’s a fine device but, not for our current camera setup. And I won’t go purchase a bunch of new cameras just for this. Plus, the nest cameras are too pricey

In addition to the Hub's functionality of controlling smart features, you can ask Nest Hub anything, play any song, watch any video and even watch specific movies from Netflix if you login to your account. No complaints about the speaker's sound quality or the screen's clarity. This device is a great value and essential when completing smart homes equipped with smart thermostats, lights, doorbells and cameras.

Best assistant ever!

Our own personal assistant for reminders, alarms, music, video chat and google is at our disposable whenever we're cooking and cant reach for the door camera.

When it doesn't I want to throw it out a window. It usually works, but sometimes it just gives up when trying to play music throughout the house. We have multiple Nest devices, and generally like them.

We suggest checking your Wi-Fi network for a strong and reliable connection. If you have too many devices connected on the same bandwidth or if your network package is not enough to handle the data traffic on the network, removing other connected devices to your Wi-Fi may relieve network congestion.
