    Wife is already using in the kitchen when she said she didnt think their was a point to it. Linked with spotify an cooking vids and steps already working. Good product.

    It's a good product but depends on your needs. Touch screen responseness could be better for an overall better performance. That's the reason for not a 5 star for me

We’ll share your feedback with the right team for future improvements. Meanwhile, a range issue or wireless interference can affect the performance of your display. Sometimes it may pass the connection test during setup, but will struggle to stay connected if it’s just a bit too far away. If you're experiencing a spotty connection or weak signal, we recommend checking your Wi-Fi network to see if your bandwidth is congested. This may happen if you have too many devices connected on the same bandwidth or if your network package is not enough to handle the data traffic on the network. Removing other connected devices to your Wi-Fi may relieve network congestion. If your display is mounted too far from your Wi-Fi router, you may need to extend your Wi-Fi network’s range using an extender, boosters or additional Wi-Fi access points.

    Easy connect to my google home app. Voice activation for easy control of features. It reverts to a photo slide show whrn not in use.

    Bought for general use worked great but now resets several times during the night and found out its due to an update and still hasnt been fixed works great expect for over night alarms

    Simple product, not very flexible in capabilities

    Good for simple needs, great as a photo frame. My biggest issue is that it does not function as I would have expected coming from Google. The audio assistant is useful, but you cannot control it with touch very well. Most functions where you would expect to be able to search for content (Netflix, Youtube, etc), do not allow it. The calendar will only show you the current day. Rather disappointed in this product. However, I did purchase it as means of monitoring Google Nest cameras and doorbells, and for this it works just fine.

    This thing is pretty cool! It has a lot of features and I use it to play music when I sleep and all that. I just wish it had features to customize the home page and screen, you have to keep it the way it is sadly.

    Wanted to use this instwad of using my phone for my camera system, but I couldnt set it up due to not linking rught with Google Home... now the price is back to $100, i dont believe it is worth that price. Buy a tablet instead.

      Hi ChaotikTurbo, thanks for posting your feedback here about the Nest Hub (2nd gen), and we’re sorry to hear that you couldn’t set it up due to not linking right with Google Home app. We can imagine how difficult this must have been for you, and this is not the kind of experience we want you to have.

      It’s important to make sure that your current setup meets the following requirements for best experience:
      - A mobile phone or tablet running Android 6.0 or later, or iPhone or iPad with iOS 12.0 or later version.
      - An active Gmail account. You may encounter issues using a G-Suite account.
      - Ensure that you have an updated version of the Google Home app.
      - A reliable Wi-Fi network.

      Also, there’s a short list of network types that we don’t recommend using with Google Nest devices. Avoid connecting to the following networks if you can. These networks may cause issues, or might not even work with your Nest products at all:
      - Mobile hotspots
      - Guest network, open networks, or isolated networks
      - Captive portal networks
      - Enterprise 802.1x/RADIUS networks
