    Love this. Doesn't always get what I say so that is why I only give it 4 stars but most of the time it is right. Super handy in the kitchen.

      For voice command issues, sometimes, your Nest Hub (2nd Gen) might not activate when you say “Hey Google” or “Ok Google,” particularly in a noisy environment. If this frequently happens, you can make it more sensitive to the hotword. If you haven't tried yet, we recommend retraining Nest Hub (2nd Gen) with your voice using the Voice Match feature to better recognize your voice commands:

      Retrain Voice Match
      - On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app
      - At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial and then Assistant settings and then Voice Match.
      - Tap Teach your Assistant your voice again and then Retrain.

      Change Nest Hub’s hotword sensitivity
      - Open your Google Home app
      - Select your Nest Hub (2nd Gen)
      - At the top right, tap the Settings (Gear) icon
      - Then tap Audio.
      - Then tap "Hey Google" sensitivity and adjust the slider to make your Nest Hub (2nd Gen) more responsive to the hotword.

      A range issue or wireless interference can affect the performance of your display. Sometimes it may pass the connection test during setup, but will struggle to stay connected if it’s just a bit too far away. If your display is mounted too far from your Wi-Fi router, you may need to extend your Wi-Fi network’s range using an extender, boosters or additional Wi-Fi access points.       Hi there, Tyler. Thanks for giving us feedback about the Nest Hub (2nd gen). We appreciate that you like it, and we hear your concern about the Google Assistant activating on its own when speaking with your phone.

      If you’re near your Google Home device and phone, only Google Home should respond to ""Hey Google."" Both devices may wake up, but your phone should go back to sleep. It may be helpful to turn the microphone Off at the back of your display when not needed. Your Assistant will say whether the microphone is muted. Also, when the microphone is On, Google Assistant might activate even if you don't say “Hey Google” or “Ok Google” when it detects something that sounds similar.
