    Everyday there was a new issue and features not available. Couldn't do it anymore when it would ignore commands and features were removed. Nest community forum was full of similar complaints. Sadly I returned it.

    This is awesome purchase, especially for my father in addition to cameras so that he doesn't have to always look at his phone, but he can look at the nest to view who's outside of who's at the door. I absolutely love it and he does too

    Interesting hub. Problems at the moment to conect the apps but my mother likes it.

      To better isolate the issue, we recommend trying out the following to see if the issue may be related to factors other than your Nest Hub (2nd Gen):
      - Check for connectivity issues, such as possible congestion in your Wi-Fi network. Removing some of your connected devices can help free up some bandwidth space. You may then check to see if you will still experience the same connectivity issue.
      - You might also want to check for possible interferences. There could be signal interference due to traffic on your Wi-Fi network, on your neighbors' Wi-Fi networks, or from other sources like microwaves, baby monitors, or even the thick walls of your home. Placing your Nest Hub (2nd Gen) in a straight line of sight with your Wi-Fi router may help improve the signal strength.
      - Lastly, we recommend resetting Nest Hub (2nd Gen) to see if it might be helpful in fixing the issue. To reset, follow the steps here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477

    This was an upgrade from my Google mini. I love that when playing music i can also have the video playing, i can use it in my business to start a shopping list, set reminders and timers for things its been a huge bonus for me.

    Kind of useless. We bought this primarily to sync with our Nest/Google home cameras and that functionality isn't optimized. You have to swipe a few times to get to the camera feeds and they never load properly when displayed all at once (so you have to select each one individually to view the feed).

    Didn't do anything special. Wanted to to deplay calender, wouldn't do it. I returned it.

      Sometimes, your Nest Hub (2nd Gen) might not activate when you say “Hey Google” or “Ok Google,” particularly in a noisy environment. If this frequently happens, you can make it more sensitive to the hotword. If you haven't tried yet, we recommend retraining Nest Hub (2nd Gen) with your voice using the Voice Match feature to better recognize your voice commands:

      Retrain Voice Match
      - On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app
      - At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial and then Assistant settings and then Voice Match.
      - Tap Teach your Assistant your voice again and then Retrain.

      Change Nest Hub’s hotword sensitivity
      - Open your Google Home app
      - Select your Nest Hub (2nd Gen)
      - At the top right, tap the Settings (Gear) icon
      - Then tap Audio.
      - Then tap "Hey Google" sensitivity and adjust the slider to make your Nest Hub (2nd Gen) more responsive to the hotword.

     It’s great display is awesome for seeing the time, the light sensor make sure that it’s never too bright. It’s great for controlling smart home and quickly watching videos or viewing images from your goice searches.

    I own a couple Google Nest Hub displays, along with a Max, and I figured at this price ($49.99 at the time of review), this would be a great White Elephant Gift!
