    If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased this partly with a reward card. Should have been delivered the day after. Got a message the day after that shipment was delayed. The next day after that new message arrived that the item was out for delivery. Next message said item was returned to store. Never got my rewards back, and neither the item. Called customer service, and they didn’t help out either. If you’re able to pick up, do that instead. Would never choose to get items delivered again.

    My grandson loves this device google reads story’s to him and plays game very interactive with and he is 3 years old I wish the speaker was better but all in all I love it

    The screen is too fragile. I opened the box and the screen was cracked already. There should also be an option on google assistant for the assitant on your phone to auto disable when using the assistant on the hub.

      If you’re near your Nest Hub and mobile phone, only Nest Hub should respond to "Hey Google." Both devices may wake up, but your phone should go back to sleep. To ensure this works for you, we recommend checking the following:
      - Update your Google app version. On your phone, open the Google app Search Icon.
      At the bottom right of the Home screen, tap More and then Settings and then About. Look for the version number at the top. If your version is below 6.5, go to the Google app page, then tap Update.
      - Add the same account to both Nest Hub and your mobile phone. If the phone that responds isn't yours, then these steps won’t fix the issue. If you have multiple Google Accounts, add the account you used to set up Google Home to your phone.

      Hi darnold17, thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. We´re sorry to hear that you are experiencing performance issues with Nest Hub (2nd Gen).

      Resetting Nest Hub may be helpful with the issue. A factory reset will reset your Nest Hub to its default factory settings. To reset, check on the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting.

    I love this device. This was my upgrade from the mini and it’s just as awesome. Only thing I notice is I believe the mini speaker was better quality.

    It is one of the best device we use at our home .It has accuracy to listen to our voice. We us the features mostly for our smart locks and door bell.

    Google simple needs to give it up. Their software is beyond frustrating and simply does not make sense. This device is not designed to work on a corporate wifi. Really?

     the Google smart display is a must buy if you are looking to upgrade your collection and have a hub. Google assistant is built in in the best UI in the market. The only issue is spotty Internet connectivity in some cases.

      A range issue or wireless interference can affect the performance of your display. Sometimes it may pass the connection test during setup, but will struggle to stay connected if it’s just a bit too far away. If you're experiencing a spotty connection or weak signal, we recommend checking your Wi-Fi network to see if your bandwidth is congested. This may happen if you have too many devices connected on the same bandwidth or if your network package is not enough to handle the data traffic on the network. Removing other connected devices to your Wi-Fi may relieve network congestion. If your doorbell is mounted too far from your Wi-Fi router, you may need to extend your Wi-Fi network’s range using an extender, boosters or additional Wi-Fi access points.

    Thisnis what I needed to seey Nest doorbell and control my automation. Works much better than Alexa, never misses a command, Alexa eas hit or miss.

    It disconnects from wifi a lot! I reset the device but issuevstill occurs. It's a beautiful device other than that.

    This is a great device. I have a 4 out 5 bc I am unsure how to pair to my tvs to turn on and off. Also the voice control needs turned off if you have the mini hub bc at moments both will not work when speaking to one even if they are in different rooms

    This is a great product. I love that I can display a slide show of pictures, set an alarm, and get daily reminders just by saying hey google

    This is ok but not great. It lacks video camera. Also 5 out of 10 times it says "their is a glitch , please try after few seconds" . This is really irritating. Alexa is faar good in responsiveness.

    This is a good addition to the family. I can manage calendars, reminders, and watch Netflix and YouTube. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the limited apps on this. It’s not like a tablet so you only get what is loaded in this.

    Refused to listen to voice commands after 2 months

    Im very disappointed. Coming from Alexa I found the Google Display to be vastly superior in every aspect. However, over the past week, it has stopped being able to listen to any voice commands. Saying there was either "a glitch" and to try again later or that an error occured. I have tried everything I could think of to fix it to no avail. From leaving it unplugged all night to factory resetting the device. Overall, I cant seem to find a home assistant that works for me and the Google Display is no exception.
