Posted .Hi Rachel, thanks for taking the time to write this review about the Nest Hub Max, and we're glad that you love it. You can use familiar face detection (with Nest Aware) to teach the Nest Cam on Nest Hub Max how to recognise faces of people that you know and notify you when it sees people that you don't know. Over time, facial recognition becomes more accurate at determining faces that you know and can send you more helpful alerts. You can also manage your familiar face library to change a person’s name or remove familiar people from the library.
