    The item is great, but the service from Best Buy to buy it was horrible... HORRIBLE!

    I love the proiduct, but cannot find an outlet to plug it in, I don't have an island in my kitchen. Need to return it.

    come with no instruction. had this item for two months and have not been able to get it to work correctly.

      Hey there, HeribertoT. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had trouble setting up the Nest Hub Max — we get how frustrating this can be. Here are the steps to get your device up and running:

      1. Plug in your Nest speaker or display.
      2. On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app.
      3. From the Home tab, tap Add > Device > Search for device.
      4. Choose the home you want to add your device to and tap Next.
      5. Follow the in-app steps.

    Poor tech support. Disconnects a lot. My weak wifi does not help. Poor documentation and trouble shooting

      Hi Patrick,

      Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your Nest Hub Max doesn't stay connected to your Wi-Fi network. We can understand this can be upsetting.

      We recommend checking the location of your Nest Hub Max. You may try moving the Nest Hub closer to your router and see if the symptoms improve. Outdated router firmware is also a possible reason. You may want to check if your router's firmware is up to date.

      You may also try restarting both your Wi-Fi router and Nest Hub Max to refresh their connection.
      To restart Nest Hub Max, unplug the power cord from your Nest Hub Max for a minute then plug it back in.
      To restart your Wi-Fi router, unplug the router from the power outlet, wait at least 60 seconds before plugging it back in.

      If moving does no good, and restarting your devices doesn’t help, perform a factory data reset on your Nest Hub Max then set it up. At the back of the Nest Hub Max, press and hold both volume buttons for about 10 seconds. The Google Assistant will play a sound to confirm that the factory reset started.

    Purchased 3 of these in store and unfortunately had to return them. Had way too many issues setting them up and there were glitches working with everything in my already established Smart Home. Would have rated this lower since I had to return them but I did like the features that were offered.

    This product is great! The only time I have an issue is when I want to listen to music. At times it does not play the music especially if it tries to connect to pandora.

    I truly like Google's home products. I'm only disappointed that the built-in camera does not have the ability to see at night. Otherwise it's a great device!
