    Screen goes dark randomly. Can only be fixed by re-booting!

      You may try to do the following troubleshooting:
      - Ensure that you are using the official power adapter that came with the Nest display.
      - Plug your device in a different power outlet, and then attempt a factory reset.

      Hi Really,

      Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your expectations fell short while using your Nest Hub Max. Nest Hub Max should trigger and listen to your voice command after it hears the hotwords "OK Google", or "Hey Google". There are different factors that may affect the Nest Hub Max voice recognition. We recommend checking the below things to get the best experience:

      - Make sure nothing is covering the two forward-facing microphone.
      - Check if Nest Hub Max is powered on correctly.
      - Be within 3 to 5 feet of the Nest Hub Max device when saying the hotword.
      - Ensure there is no excessive background noise.

      If you haven't done so, you can restart your Nest Hub Max and Wi-Fi router by unplugging the power cords from the devices. Leave them unplugged for at least a minute before plugging them back in. This will help re-establish the connection.

      If the issue persists, you can perform a factory data reset on your Nest Hub Max, then set up again. Press and hold both volume buttons for about 10 seconds at the back of Nest Hub Max. The Google Assistant will play a sound to confirm that the factory reset started.

    It turn black the screen and I need to disconnect why

      Here are some workarounds if your Nest display has a black screen:
      - Confirm that the device is powered on (turn on the privacy switch to check if the light comes on or ask a question and check if the Assistant responds).
      - Check the brightness offset in the Google Home App isn't set too low.
      - Reboot the device.

    Perfect view of rooms

    I LOVE MY HUB! I bought this to help feel secure when leaving my daughter at home alone for short errands It allowed me to view kitchen and family room at the same time. We could chat while the warned small meals. It also helped out when we took a long vacation by allowing us to view fish tank while auto feeders feed fish.

    This is an upgrade of earlier Displays by Nest. The audio is sufficient to serve as a speaker, but it is not ourstandin

    Netflix had problems playing on here. Might as well get a flat screen, which i did!

    I LOVE my Nest Hub Max!!

    I absolutely LOVE the Nest Hub Max. I keep it in my living room and have slideshows of our family photos running constantly. Not to mention that it's great for music and podcast streaming, checking the weather, random questions for Google, and my grandson loves to watch YouTube videos on it. Definitely worth the price I paid! Especially with the $100 off they offered during Black Friday!

    Fun little gadget!

    I bought this smart Display so that I could have video chats with my nephew and his family. It is easy to set up and easy to use. I love being able to talk to my family whenever they have time to talk. The picture quality and the sound are good, and I’m glad to have it to make it easier to communicate.

    I bought this to replace an Amazon Echo Show that was getting really annoying with all of the ads. I have to say that it has exceeded my expectations on every level. It responds quickly to commands, sounds great and it doesn't show me any advertising like Amazon products. I just have a couple of suggestions for improving on it. 1. Put a physical camera cover on it like the ones on the newer Amazon Show devices. I ended up buying a physical camera cover and sticking it to the product. It works well enough but it would have been nice if I didn't have to buy anything to shutter the camera. 2. The Google Home app isn't very straightforward. I am still trying to work out how to connect all of my lights and plugs to it and get it to work for both this Hub and my smaller Google Hub that I use as my bedroom clock. None of these make me feel the need to deduct any stars from it. It's a great device!

    This thing is awesome, we had the smaller screen version before but the larger screen is a MUST! Works great with all our smart devices and can play any shows or movies while cooking in the kitchen!

    Google hub with camera

    This product is great, if it's in perfect with my smart home you're able to do a lot of things with it. you can look at all your nest cameras play music watch YouTube you can even watch Netflix while you're cooking. Best of all you can do all with anybody that has Duo installed on their phone which is like FaceTime for Apple. Has facial recognition for everybody to use in the house for there custom situation.

    This thing is terrible. It only works half the time. Freezes constantly. Has to be reset daily. Do not buy.

      If you haven't tried yet, resetting Nest Hub Max may be helpful with the issue. A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. To reset, check on the back of Nest Hub Max, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub Max will let you know that it's resetting.

    The camera doesnt work when I try to stream it on my phone but the device says its showing.

      Before you enable the Nest Cam, make sure your Nest Hub Max is set up. If enabled in the Nest app, it also includes notifications and continuous recording. If you’d like to turn the Nest Cam functionality on or off, you can do so from the device settings menu or from the live view page. In the Home app, you have access to the live view and Talk & Listen functionality. If you’d like to access the full set of Nest Cam features such as activity notifications, Nest Aware features, etc., you can do so when you download the Nest app and sign in with your Google Account.     Buying another!

    This was bought as a Christmas gift. It ended up in my kitchen and from music to video calls to recipe help I could not love it more! The speaker are loud on full volume is loud, did not expect it to sound that good. On video calls I can move throughout the room and it follows me, amazing! The whole family is enjoying it!

    This device is very useful and versatile in the home. It has great sound with an equalizer. It can control things in the home. Many features are customizable. And you get notifications for just about anything that you deem necessary. It’s true potential is unlocked when you start adding multiple smart devices to the home. Solid investment overall.
