Pair this with a chromecast device and you can do so many things with it. Great looking display as wel.

If you have more then one Google products located in your home you can connect with them as well. No more yelling for my daughter I ask google to connect to my daughters hub and I can reach her thru the hub.

She video calls her twin sister while she's moving about and the camera follows her around the room so her sister never loses view of her. She couldn't be happier.

One downside is it says there is an error every single time i ask it something?? Second time always works? Also i was told it would work to view my cameras and it doesnt

Posted .Hi there, thanks for sharing your experience with using the Nest Hub Max. It’s unfortunate to learn of your issues with the performance of its Google Assistant, and with streaming your camera on your Nest display.
If your Nest display is having a hard time picking up your voice commands, there’s a possibility that the display is having trouble connecting with Google. We’d like to eliminate the possibility of your Wi-Fi connection being the cause, and if you haven’t yet, we suggest the simple steps below:
- Unplug your Nest display and wait for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Wait for the device to reboot, then try to ask the Assistant your question again.
- Reboot your modem and router.
- Try to switch between 2.4 GHZ and 5 GHz network to see which band is more reliable
- If there are nearby devices that may cause interference, such as microwave ovens, wireless speakers, baby monitors, Wi-Fi routers, try to move your display to a different room, or to move it closer to your router.
Retraining your Nest display, to better recognize your voice, and adjusting the Hotword sensitivity may also be helpful with the issue. You may follow the steps on these help articles:

Lastly, you can stream your compatible security camera using your Nest Hub. If you’ve set up a Nest camera or doorbell, it should already be added to the Google Home app. After you’ve added the camera, you can even use your voice to stream your camera video.
