It is very frustrating and limiting sometimes. Also the camera never works. Since I have installed it camera has not worked for than a month. I reset the device and it worked for a week and gone again.

Posted .Hi there, Asad. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the camera on the Nest Hub Max — it seems out of the ordinary. You may need to factory reset your device and start fresh — here’s how:
1. Make sure to save any video recordings you want to keep from your device's history.
2. Remove your Nest Hub Max from the Google Home app.
3. To reset your Nest Hub Max, press and hold both volume buttons on the back for approximately 10 seconds. Your device will indicate when the reset has begun.

I did have some trouble with the camera turning off and not back on. Finally got it working again. I like that I can check on my home when I am away.

I am sure we will get it figured out while we sit at home for the next month.
